MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The main purpose of the role is to assess agencies at community level as part of a 2 month audit project. The Community Fieldworker is responsible for ensuring that Agencies are assessed to FBSA’s community development policy and procedure. The individual will conduct audit procedures according to the project guidelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Key elements of the job)
• Assesses Agencies using tools and protocols already developed
• Raises the profile of the FoodBank in any interaction
JOB COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills and Experience)
• Matric
• Diploma/Certificate in community development preferable
• At least 2 year experience in community development work or monitoring & evaluation.
• Valid driver’s licenses and experience in driving

o Visit Agencies. Part of the process will include:
- Telephonic consultation
- Driving to visit agencies
- Collection of data
- Accurate recording of data
